Huckaquotes (JM)

Say what you will about the Reverend Huck, the man can pull of a quote. John Broder of the NYT has an interesting post about Huck at the Christian Science Monitor Breakfast this morning. It's well worth a read, but the highlight is definitely this gem:

On running for the United States Senate if this presidential thing doesn’t work out: “It’s more likely I’ll dye my hair green, get a bunch of tattoos and go on tour with Amy Winehouse.”

I mean seriously, if this guy didn't have so many reprehensible beliefs I would totally vote for him. Also, I would pay 124323436556904356 dollars to see the Huck on tour with Amy Winehouse. Maybe even 124323436556904356 euros.

New Exits! (JM)

We've got new exits: Obama has a pretty big lead in CT, a slight lead in MA, MO is basically a tie and NJ is slightly favoring Hillary. In terms of delegates this will mean almost nothing. However, if Obama dominates the popular vote this will very much effect the image of the race.

This thing is going to be insanely close and probably not decided until PA or even the convention... crazy.

ALSO, Bill Richardson has a beard, he looks like a pirate, it is hilarious.

Also, Huck wins Alabama... this night is really going Huck's way, McCain may have no choice but McCain/Huck 08', it's not quite Mittmentum, but evolution being an issue in the general can't be anything but good.

There is No Difference and Mittsadness (JM)

First of all, there is actually no difference whatsoever between our blog and this: Becker and Posner Blog

I suspect that they might make their way in to these posts some time soon.

Also sadness, Mitt lost WV, which he was solidly winning until the second ballot when all of McCain and Paul's supports swung to Huck. So Huck takes the first sport of the day.
