Heh, I think NewsCat is pretty much outed as Rachel, after all I link to my workplace blog on my own site.

I think the concept of identity is something that most bloggers grapple with at some point...do I want my blog to be traceable to my actual life? I decided I was okay with it. I don't exactly shout it from the rooftops but also I work in politics so I don't think any future employers of mine are going to care about my opinions on my blog. If anything my blogging is supposed to aid any future job searches.
