For those of you who don't know me, and most who do, I am a bit Dahlia Lithwick obsessed, she is the generally intelligent and thoughtful legal analyst for Slate. What's more is she is incredibly witty and incisive and writes fake break up letters to Barack Obama. So really this is just a public service announcement, read her stuff, it's worth it.
